Bobby Petrino’s New Start

The last time Bobby Petrino was coaching in the great state of Kentucky he was taking the Louisville Cardinals to Orange and Big East championships. He has had great success being a head coach in college and even with the scandal he had before the 2011 season, the Hilltoppers of Western Kentucky are giving him another chance. WKU is coming off a 7-6 season which ended in a close loss in the schools first bowl appearance as a FBS team.

With the Western Kentucky program already on the rise beating instate SEC opponent Kentucky, winning record, and a bowl appearance the addition of a seasoned coach like Bobby Petrino can only help. He knows how to win at the big time level and the small time level hence Louisville when they were in the Conference USA. Go ahead and look at his accomplishments as they speak for them-self. Here at fifth quarter we are looking at Western Kentucky as one of the favorites to win the Sun Belt next year.
